When will I get my proof?
Your custom proof is sent within 24–48 hours after your order is placed. You can approve it or request changes before production. If we don't hear back within 3 days of sending your proof, your design will move into production as shown.
Can I request changes to my proof?
Absolutely. Revisions are included, so if you'd like something changed, just let us know before the card moves into production.
What kind of photo should I upload?
A clear, well-lit photo works best. How we prepare it depends on the design you choose. Your photo may be used as-is, cropped to fit the layout, animated to match the card style, or both cropped and animated.
Can I choose my holographic effects?
Yes. You choose one color holographic finish from 40+ options and one clear holographic finish from 9 options.
How long does production take?
After your proof is approved, your card ships within 5–7 business days.
Will I see the card before it's made?
Yes. Every custom card gets a digital proof before production, so you'll have a chance to review the design and request changes before it's made.
